I believe good design starts with human stories. I studied CS and Psychology at Duke, which shaped my approach to technology from a human-centric and research-backed perspective. I enjoy working in the space between rapid technological advancement and its practical applications, building intuitive products that consider user trust, privacy, transparency, and control.

At Microsoft, I spent years building surfaces that shipped at platform scale, which taught me how to design robust systems that hold for millions of users with very different needs. Most recently I worked with Applied Sciences, an R&D group focused on the next generation of computer interaction technologies. My work with them helped incubate next-gen experiences across Microsoft's portfolio of products.

In my free time you'll either find me outside (snowboarding, golfing, touching grass) or building community around me — hosting creative events like cyanotype printing workshops, working with local businesses on pop-ups, and building alongside other creative technologists at Verci.
